Isle of Banda,
A memoir of bygone days,
Narrating the spirit of resilience,
Women’s battle within constraints,
Inspired by the vitality of communal existence,
Women grapple with life’s intricacies.
When tears lose their worth,
Aid fades from sight,
Nature, a boundless prison,
Existence reduced to a perpetual flight,
Survival becomes the sole birthright,
Only to endure, to persevere,
In the realm of unyielding plight.
